Comment Automations

Control which post comments trigger Diem, which offers are sent, and what the public reply says.

Choose a clear comment trigger

Diem stores keyword text in lowercase and matches it without regard to capitalization. Use a short word that is unlikely to appear accidentally, such as a campaign-specific event or product term.

  • Tell followers the exact word to comment.
  • Avoid common words that appear in ordinary conversation.
  • Create only one active version of a keyword for the connected account.
  • Use the Keywords table to review usage, post scope, attached items, and replies.

Target the right posts and offers

In Select Items, choose specific listings or All Events. In Instagram Posts, choose individual synchronized posts or All posts. Selecting a smaller scope reduces the chance of an old post sending a current offer.

Write public replies that work independently

The public reply is visible below the follower's comment. Diem can use multiple reply options, so do not write a sequence that depends on the previous message.
