Plans & Pricing
Understand the current no-monthly-fee experience, transaction pricing, event exceptions, and unverified plan claims.
Current Starter experience
The current public experience advertises no monthly subscription for Starter. Sellers can create free offers without a Diem transaction fee and are charged according to the applicable paid-offer flow when a paid item sells.
Paid non-event items
The current buyer fee for a paid non-event link or folder is 10% of the base price plus $0.99. Checkout loads the server-authoritative base, Diem fee, and total before payment. Free offers do not use that fee.
Ticket apps use their current provider schedule
Bookt, Posh, and Eventbrite fees are not derived from the non-event formula above. Each enabled Provider record owns a versioned checkout_fee schedule made from fixed and percentage components. The public Apps directoryshows the sanitized schedule, source, and verification date directly from that database-backed catalog.
- Purchaser pays adds the configured integration fee to the purchaser charge at checkout.
- Merchant covers leaves the purchaser at the ticket base amount and reduces merchant proceeds by the integration fee before Stripe processing and other deductions.
- The current ticket apps default to Purchaser pays and allow the merchant to change the connection to Merchant covers.
- Free ticket orders remain fee-free, and each paid Purchase stores the original fee, payer, currency, and component calculation for replay and refund handling.
Enterprise is a conversation, not a default feature bundle
The website accepts Enterprise inquiries. Custom integrations, advanced analytics, service levels, account management, white-labeling, or API access should be treated as available only when they are explicitly included in a signed agreement.
Do not rely on these unverified claims
- Unlimited campaigns, messages, keywords, or connected Instagram accounts.
- Luma, Partiful, Shopify, or any provider that is not enabled in Integrations.
- The non-event fee formula applying to every imported event ticket.
- Buyer self-service, partial refunds, automatic fee returns, or recalling access and files already delivered.
- A fixed seller net before Stripe, refunds, disputes, or influencer commission.
